Any project starts with a ‘Needs Assessment.’ Look around your community: what is the most urgent, most pressing need? Ask everyone – and when you have a good answer, brainstorm with your team what youth can do to address that need. Then you have the framework to start your project.

Project support is key to the success of this Congress. So select a project that appeals to you; raise the funds or equipment it seeks and we will transfer it to the project team, send you regular reports and acknowledge your support at the Congress Exhibit. |

The local communities of Rokel have adopted the program and have donated 3 town lots of land for the construction on the center which will consist of different areas, e.g. 40 rooms char let’s made out of local material. One carpenter Work shop, Mechanics workshop and Tailoring center.
- Also local volunteer Labor force will be available.
- Local community will provide the most fertile soil for the preparation of the brick.
- The AYPAD Organization will also provide machenry for the preparation of the bricks.
- The provision of sand, water and material that can be produced locally.
- The organization can also bust of raising $1500 dollar being raised form membership contribution and other source of fundraising for the implementation of the project.
The organization can also bust of supporting 40% of the Project Budget.
